Scope of these terms
These terms explain use of the Darland Web Studios informational website and quote inquiry tools. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or data-processing agreement. Client development, hosting, support, licensing, and operational obligations are governed by the applicable written agreement. If these website terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls the contracted services.
Website use and accuracy
Use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when requesting a quote. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit material you do not have permission to disclose. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification, sensitive medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information in an inquiry. Information and feature descriptions may change; confirm current scope in a written quote.
Quotes and formation of an agreement
Displayed package prices are proposed starting estimates for the described scope, not fixed prices for unlimited customization. Add-ons, extra locations, hardware, travel, and integrations are quoted separately. A submitted inquiry or downloaded CSV is not an order, acceptance of a project, reservation of a launch date, or binding price. Work, payment milestones, acceptance criteria, and project commitments must be agreed in writing.
Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Setup and ongoing service charges are separate from ticket-processing fees and show revenue. Deposit amounts, invoice deadlines, annual billing prices, renewal arrangements, cancellation notice, refunds, suspension procedures, and access end dates are defined in the client agreement. No additional payment percentage, automatic renewal rule, cancellation penalty, or refund restriction is created by this website.
Client responsibilities and delivery
Clients supply or approve accurate event details, admission policies, brand direction, lawful content, necessary third-party permissions, and account access. Clients are responsible for their attraction operations and guest-facing policies. Delayed content, access, or approvals may move launch dates. Development follows the agreed scope, review allowances, testing, training, and written launch approval.
Support, changes, and availability
Normal support, bug fixes, and routine maintenance are provided within the agreed scope. Support response targets mean acknowledgment and beginning assessment, not guaranteed resolution. Busy-season dates, coverage hours, response-clock rules, and reporting channels are agreed in writing. Monthly minor-update hours do not roll over. Major changes, redesigns, new modules, and integrations require an approved additional quote. No 24/7 coverage, uninterrupted uptime, or specific revenue outcome is promised by this website.
Intellectual property and licensing
Clients own their domains, content, and customer data. Darland retains ownership of its application code. Continued use of Darland code after service ends requires a separate written license. Third-party software, fonts, images, and other materials remain subject to their respective rights and license terms. A link or display of a third-party name does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Payments and third-party services
Each show owns its Stripe payment-processing account and receives ticket revenue through that account. The show pays Stripe fees and handles refunds and disputes. Compatibility with payment, messaging, accounting, payroll, hardware, and other providers must be confirmed in the proposal. Third-party services operate under their own terms and may change independently of Darland.
AOG and independent providers
Darland develops and supports websites and digital systems and serves clients independently. Attraction Operations Group (AOG) provides separately scoped attraction operations and management services. Purchasing Darland services does not automatically purchase AOG services. Creative and show design are handled by specialist partners. Responsibilities are defined in the relevant agreements.
Privacy, exports, and transition
The Privacy Notice explains the data practices of this Darland website. Client attraction websites and platforms need their own notices and contracted data-handling terms. Clients receive a CSV export of customer data when leaving Darland services. Export scope, content return, retention, transition work, access end dates, and any code license are addressed in the client agreement.
Legal rights and disputes
These website terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Any governing law, venue, dispute process, indemnity, warranty terms, or limitation of liability for contracted services must be expressly addressed in the client agreement. This website does not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a monetary liability cap.
Changes and questions
The updated date shows when these website terms were revised. Changes to website information do not silently amend a signed client agreement. Direct questions through the Request a Quote form, stating “Terms question” in the project description. No dedicated legal email or mailing address has been published on this review site.
