Ticketing & ops for
after-dark attractions.

Darland builds the ticketing and operations platform behind haunts, drive-through light shows, and festivals — so you sell tickets, run your crew, and keep every dollar you earn.

Why Darland

Operator-first, by design.

We build for the people running the gate at 9pm — not for a billing department that wants a cut of every ticket.

No per-ticket fee

Competitors skim $1–$3 per ticket. We don’t. You keep your ticket revenue — that’s the whole point.

One platform, not five

Tickets, staff scheduling, HR, maintenance, and payroll in one place — instead of stitching together six tools.

Built on Cloudflare + Stripe

Fast pages that don’t fall over on your on-sale night. Payments run through your own Stripe account.

You own it

Your domain, your Stripe account, your customer data. No lock-in, no holding your list hostage.

What we build

The whole attraction — not just a website.

Ticketing & timed entry

GA or timed slots, capacity rules, QR scan-in, mobile box office.

Staff portal & scheduling

Roles, shifts, time clock, and a login your crew actually uses.

HR & onboarding

Applications, hiring, documents, and seasonal re-staffing.

Operations & maintenance

Asset logs, inspections, work orders, and incident reports.

Payroll (Check)

Run payroll, taxes, and filings without leaving the platform.

Email & SMS

Reminders, confirmations, and blasts to your buyer list.

Do the math

What would you keep?

Sell 12,000 tickets a season. At a typical $2/ticket platform fee, that’s money you never see. On Darland, it stays yours.

In their words

Operators who stopped paying per ticket.

“We were handing a third-party platform thousands every October for basically a checkout button. Darland built us the whole thing — tickets, the gate, the schedule — and we keep our money now.”

“The timed-entry pacing alone paid for the build. Cars stopped backing up onto the highway and the reminder texts cut our no-shows way down.”

“Five attractions, season passes, sixty staff, and payroll — all in one place. I run the whole festival off one dashboard now instead of five browser tabs.”

Good questions

The short answers.

Do you really charge no per-ticket fees?

Correct — $0 per ticket, ever. You pay a one-time setup plus a flat monthly for the platform and the modules you turn on. Every ticket dollar stays with you, whether you sell 1,000 tickets or 100,000.

Whose Stripe account does the money go to?

Yours. We build on your own Stripe account, so payouts land directly in your bank — we never touch your funds. You also keep your domain and your full customer list. No lock-in.

How long does it take to launch?

A typical build runs about two weeks once we have your dates, branding, and Stripe connection. Larger multi-attraction setups with HR, operations, and payroll take a bit longer. We'll give you a firm timeline with your quote.

What kinds of attractions do you work with?

After-dark and seasonal attractions: haunted houses and trails, drive-through light shows, festivals and fairs, corn mazes and pumpkin patches, escape rooms, and holiday events. If you sell timed or dated tickets and run a crew, you're a fit.

Can I start small and add modules later?

Yes. Plenty of operators launch with ticketing, then turn on HR, Operations, Payroll, SMS, or Email Blasts in a later season as they grow. Each module is a one-time setup plus monthly, added whenever you're ready.
