This notice describes the Darland Web Studios marketing website and its quote inquiry tools. It does not describe every client attraction website, ticketing platform, or AOG service. Those services require their own notices and agreements. This review website is published through ChatGPT Sites; its application and inquiry database use Cloudflare infrastructure.
An inquiry collects company or attraction name, contact name, email, optional phone number, attraction type, number of locations, preferred package, selected modules, dashboard preference, optional target launch date, and project description. A stored record also includes a generated inquiry identifier and submission time. The form does not collect payment-card details or account passwords. Please avoid sensitive personal information not needed to assess your request.
The inquiry feature saves these details privately for Darland to review project requirements and prepare a response or proposal. It does not publish your inquiry, enroll you in a newsletter, initiate a purchase, or automatically send an email. A CSV download creates a file on your device and does not submit an inquiry by itself. Information you choose to send outside this site is governed by the destination and how you share it.
Submitted inquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. There is no public inquiry-listing endpoint. Authorized site-management access is needed to review stored records. Cloudflare and ChatGPT Sites process information needed to host, deliver, secure, and manage this review website under their own applicable terms. The review site’s sign-in and access gate are provided by ChatGPT Sites; Darland’s inquiry form does not collect that sign-in password.
This website uses session storage for temporary module selections and your preferred package, so selections can follow you between pages in the same browser tab. Contact fields and the project description are not intentionally saved to session storage by the application. Use “Clear module draft” or clear the site’s browser storage to remove saved selections. Browser restrictions may prevent these temporary preferences from being retained.
The Darland application does not include advertising pixels or a visitor-analytics integration. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, and the browser sends network information needed for those requests, such as an IP address and request headers. Cloudflare and ChatGPT Sites may process request, security, and authentication information to deliver the site. Their infrastructure may use necessary authentication or security mechanisms. Darland has not implemented a marketing-cookie consent tool because the application has no nonessential marketing cookies. A future analytics or marketing integration requires an updated notice and any applicable controls.
There is no application feature that sells inquiry data, sends it to advertising networks, or automatically shares it with AOG. The AOG hyperlink opens an external website; it does not send the contents of your quote form. If a project requires information to be provided to AOG or another provider, the relevant arrangement should identify that sharing. Information may also need to be disclosed to comply with applicable legal obligations. External websites, including AOG and service-provider links, have their own privacy practices.
There is currently no automatic inquiry-deletion schedule implemented in this website. A specific retention period has not yet been published; inquiries remain stored until they are removed through authorized administration or under a subsequently defined retention policy. No claim of permanent retention, guaranteed deletion within a fixed period, a compliance certification, or absolute security is made. Do not submit information that is unnecessary for the inquiry. Downloaded CSV files remain on your device until you delete them.
To ask about an inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion, use the Request a Quote form and begin the project description with “Privacy request.” Supply enough information to identify the inquiry; do not send identification documents or passwords. You may enter “Individual privacy request” as the company name and “Other” as the attraction type. These requests are saved through the same private inquiry mechanism; no automated email response is connected. Identity and authority may need verification before a record is disclosed or changed. Applicable privacy rights and any lawful exceptions depend on the circumstances and applicable law; this notice does not limit those rights.
This website is intended for attraction owners, operators, and business contacts. It is not designed to solicit inquiries from children. The quote form does not request age or date of birth. If you believe a child’s personal information was submitted, identify the concern through the privacy-request channel without submitting additional sensitive information.
The updated date reflects revisions to this notice. New collection, tracking, messaging, integrations, or other material data practices should be reflected here before being introduced. Client ticketing, guest accounts, waivers, staff records, and operational data require notices and contractual responsibilities specific to those systems. A dedicated privacy contact and a documented retention schedule still need to be established before a broader public launch.
