The problem
A holiday drive-through sold per vehicle, not per person, and the route could only absorb so many cars at once. Reservations lived in a spreadsheet, the entry lane backed up onto the road, and no-shows left paid slots empty.
What we built
- Per-vehicle timed entry with capacity pacing tuned to how fast the route clears.
- Add-ons at checkout (premium FM soundtrack, hot cocoa pre-order).
- The SMS & Reminders module to text drivers their slot and an arrival window the day-of.
The result
Cars arrived spread across the evening, the entry lane stopped spilling onto the road, and reminder texts pulled no-shows down. Revenue per night went up without adding a single car to the route’s peak.
