Pricing

Do you really charge no per-ticket fees?

Correct — $0 per ticket, ever. You pay a one-time setup plus a flat monthly for the platform and the modules you turn on. Every ticket dollar stays with you, whether you sell 1,000 tickets or 100,000.

Can I start small and add modules later?

Yes. Plenty of operators launch with ticketing, then turn on HR, Operations, Payroll, SMS, or Email Blasts in a later season as they grow. Each module is a one-time setup plus monthly, added whenever you're ready.

Ownership

Whose Stripe account does the money go to?

Yours. We build on your own Stripe account, so payouts land directly in your bank — we never touch your funds. You also keep your domain and your full customer list. No lock-in.

Getting started

How long does it take to launch?

A typical build runs about two weeks once we have your dates, branding, and Stripe connection. Larger multi-attraction setups with HR, operations, and payroll take a bit longer. We'll give you a firm timeline with your quote.

What's the deposit and is it refundable?

The deposit reserves your build slot on the calendar and is credited toward your setup fee. It's refundable before work begins. You can pay it by card through Stripe right from the pricing builder.

Platform

What kinds of attractions do you work with?

After-dark and seasonal attractions: haunted houses and trails, drive-through light shows, festivals and fairs, corn mazes and pumpkin patches, escape rooms, and holiday events. If you sell timed or dated tickets and run a crew, you're a fit.

Does it handle timed entry and capacity?

Yes — timed-entry slots with per-slot capacity are built in on Pro and Ultimate. You set how many tickets (or vehicles) each slot holds, and the system paces sales so your gate or route never jams.
